“Relax and Lose Weight” is Open!

It’s taken a while to work out some of the kinks, but our online weight reduction program is finally live. We’re excited to announce this.

We’ve heard from a good number of former clients in the past few months, who are really struggling with weight gain- adjusting to working at home, worried about finances, family issues and definitely under an increased amount of stress.

This program (like our in-person Corporate Wellness program) is a psychological approach that encourages relaxation, healthy thinking, healthy eating and moderate activity. Included in this course are tools to help participants to make a transition to slenderness and empowerment in a way that is comfortable and easy.
